Outsourcing Services Presentation

China Crescent has been marketing a comprehensive technology outsourcing service line of business since the beginning of 2009. The Company recently announced a three-year contract valued at $36 million to provide information and telecommunication technology services to a customer in Dalian, China.

CRT Subsidiary Acquisition

In December 2009, China Crescent announced executing an agreement to acquire a China Radio Technology Ltd. subsidiary located in Shenzhen, China. The China Radio subsidiary is anticipated to produce $20 million in annual revenue in 2010.

China Radio Technology Ltd., a Hong Kong-registered company, is a mobile communication hardware and software company that develops and manufactures products for sale in China.
